Production Blog: Finding Our Props

Hey Michi nation, welcome back to your favorite blog! My crew and I started another crucial filming stage today. We got to work gathering props. We needed a lot of costumes and props for this movie since they helped to define the plot. These featured several necessary props and casual-feeling clothing. My group and I first got together outside "Out of the Closet," the secondhand store close to our school. For instance, we purchased several makeup kits to enhance realism to the "dead" look and a lovely, inexpensive dress that depicted a typical adolescent. We made every effort to divide the expenses. Rose hastily headed to Owen's house to start practicing with our new props after purchasing additional, less significant accessories. We saw "Goodwill" as we were heading home, so we made a quick stop to check if there was anything more interesting. We didn't locate anything more, but we still left for home. When I got home, I checked to make sure everything was in working condition. Then, just to give her more practice, I requested Rose to rerun her scenes a few times. Before she could record them, she had to practice a few times. After Rose figured out what she was doing, she was able to obtain a fairly spectacular piece of media. I then recorded her in a few of the short film's sequences. I think these turned out quite beautifully. Regretfully, while Rose was running her sequences, the phone died again. But because we were ready from the prior time, we managed to resolve the problem swiftly with a different phone. Overall, my colleagues and I produced a lot of work. Thats it for todays blog tune in for next time Michi nation!

-Xoxo Michelle
